踏入秋冬, “進補” 真係唔少得…
不過, 我所謂既 “進補”, 就係除了勤力敷面膜之外, 就係煲多D湯水飲同埋整糖水食…
尋日第一次整左一個超簡單又好好食仲好潤既糖水,就係 <椰汁木瓜雪耳糖水> 啦!
真係估唔到原來係咁易整… 如果出街食, 依碗糖水就貴啦!
只要準備浸軟既雪耳, 南北杏, 一個小木瓜,一罐椰汁, 同埋適量冰糖就搞掂啦…
